Responsibilities: 

• Visit pre-qualified residential and commercial customers to assess water damage and restoration needs.
• Present custom solutions and close the deal with confidence.
• Work closely with our restoration pros to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
• Build strong client relationships, track interactions in CRM, and smash your sales goals.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $40,000/year
• Commission: 4%–7% on monthly Net Service Volume (uncapped)
• Earnings Potential: $80K–$120K annually for strong performers
• Perks: Company vehicle with gas card (or $500/month vehicle allowance)
• Payment: Weekly base pay; commission paid upon job completion and payment

• Proven success in outside sales, ideally within water restoration, plumbing, construction, or home services industries.
  • You have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through in-person consultations, referrals, and strategic networking.
  • Experience performing on-site inspections, preparing detailed estimates, and explaining restoration services to property owners or adjusters.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, from first contact to project completion.
  • You know how to educate clients on the restoration process, handle objections professionally, and maintain relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.

• A genuine customer-first attitude — you prioritize transparency, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information in a way homeowners and adjusters understand.
• Problem-solving mindset: you remain calm under pressure, find creative solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction on every job.
• Ability to represent the company professionally in homes, businesses, and community networking events.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
