Responsibilities:
- Visit pre-qualified residential and commercial customers to assess water damage and restoration needs.
- Present custom solutions and close the deal with confidence.
- Work closely with our restoration pros to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
- Build strong client relationships, track interactions in CRM, and smash your sales goals.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000/year
- Commission: 4%–7% on monthly Net Service Volume (uncapped)
- Earnings Potential: $80K–$120K annually for strong performers
- Perks: Company vehicle with gas card (or $500/month vehicle allowance)
- Payment: Weekly base pay; commission paid upon job completion and payment
