- 1 year of experience in water/fire restoration, construction, demolition, or another labor-intensive trade (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Comfortable using moisture meters, extractors, and drying equipment (training provided if needed)
- Attention to detail when documenting job progress and following safety and remediation protocols
- Ability to work effectively in small teams and follow direction from supervisors or lead technicians
