We are seeking skilled, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing excavation team. This role is essential in supporting excavation, descaling, and site preparation projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with excavation, descaling, and site preparation equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Prepare job sites daily by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution
- Follow supervisor instructions and project specifications to complete work accurately and on schedule
- Perform digging, grading, trenching, soil compaction, and debris removal as required
- Support crew members and contractors with excavation, construction, repair, and restoration tasks
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies, including proper use of PPE
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly
- Clean, organize, and secure tools and equipment at the end of each shift
- Work efficiently in all outdoor conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain

Compensation
This position offers performance-based commission compensation.
- Commission Rate: 16%–20%, based on performance and role
- Typical Earnings: Approximately $200–$300 per dig day sold
- Higher performance levels qualify for higher commission percentages
- Commission earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed
- High performers have the opportunity to consistently earn at the top of the commission range
