A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN UNDERGROUND SALES COORDINATOR

As an Underground Sales Coordinator, you ensure the organization and efficiency of workflows so that the sales department runs smoothly. Whether physically, digitally, or mentally, you create, improve, and provide clear and concise communication methods and smooth workflow procedures for both internal and external customers.

In this office admin role, you effectively coordinate schedules for our Sales and Field Team to maximize time. As jobs close, you prepare the backend permits, you process billing, and eagerly tend to tasks applicable to the Underground Department. Results-oriented, you are always looking for ways to improve. You get great satisfaction out of helping our business thrive!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience, Office Admin or Project Coordinator
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience; keyboarding at 35 wpm
• Intermediate math skills
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to apply de-escalation, negotiation, and conflict resolution techniques when needed
• Ability to operate all necessary office machines including double-sided copying, scanners, fax machines, multiple software solutions, and computers
