• Your first 2 years are salaried while you build your individual business and master the product knowledge needed for long term success. Once you are ready, you will transition to a best in the industry, uncapped commission structure.
• You will have the opportunity to engage with current clients and independently pursue new business development as you grow your book of business, leveraging Stephen Gould's full lifecycle solutions.
• You will take ownership of sales initiatives and drive results by proactively leading communication with vendors, setting timetables, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• You’ll collaborate with members of the sales support team, providing direction as needed, and independently review production status with clients. Seek guidance from a sales management mentor to accelerate your impact and support your leadership growth.
