Stephen AutoMall Centre is seeking an enegergtic and driven sales person who wants the potential to earn $100K plus! Sales experiencee is a plus but not necessary for the right individual. Stephens managerial staff will train you! Stephen AutoMall Centre excels in converting potential customers into a paid commission delivery.
We offer flexible schedules and the use of a demo vehicle.
Sales Representatives are responsible for the following:
- Greet customers who come on to the lot and in the store.
- Place outgoing calls to past and present customers
- Enter customers in to our Customer Resource Management Software (CRM)
- Negotiate terms and down payment with customers as needed
- Handle customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Coordinate vehicle selections with sales manager
- Cultivate enriching relationships to create clientele for life.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives.
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit preferred
- Good communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
