- Lead the migration of large Oracle 19c databases to Oracle Exadata on AWS, overseeing planning, execution, cutover, and validation processes.
- Design and implement database configurations and performance strategies optimized for Exadata.
- Manage and maintain Exadata environments across development, test, and production, including schema design, data modeling, and SQL optimization.
- Perform advanced database performance tuning using tools such as AWR/ASH, indexing, partitioning, and resource management.
- Administer high-availability and disaster recovery solutions using Oracle Data Guard.
- Implement and manage database replication with Oracle Golden Gate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, configuration, and availability issues on Exadata and Linux platforms.
- Perform backups, restores, patching, and upgrades for Exadata database environments.
- Hybrid role based in Research Triangle Park, NC; requires local candidates and in-person interview.
