- Gather, analyze, and document business reporting requirements from stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Translate business needs into actionable data insights and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operational teams to support data-driven decision making
- Develop, optimize, and maintain data models and datasets for reporting
- Ensure report accuracy and data integrity
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes, metrics, and KPIs
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide end-user support
- 3 years of Power BI report/dashboard development
- Direct experience gathering stakeholder requirements
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, ERP, or operational reporting environments
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
