Hybrid (Business Operations Analyst Indianapolis, IN) || W2
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Support business operations and strategic initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
- Review and interpret budgets, cost drivers, and financial reports.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings.
- Assist in project oversight, deliverable tracking, and maintaining project documentation.
- Identify root causes of business issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools for report generation.
- Apply foundational financial literacy and understanding of business data.
- Preferred: Experience with data lineage tools and knowledge of the data analysis lifecycle.
