Position: Production Support / Systems Operations Analyst
Location: Malvern, PA (onsite, 5 days a week)

- Industry: Investment / Financial services
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical background with direct investment-industry experience
- Hands-on experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting issues
- Proficiency in AWS and Python; some familiarity with Java
- Ability to read and trace application/system logs, especially in trading environments
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong investment acumen and understanding of investment terminology/concepts
- Ability to liaise effectively with portfolio managers and investment professionals
- Responsibilities:
- Provide support to portfolio managers and traders
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production system issues
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Profile Preferences:
- Not seeking a pure developer; focus is on operational support and troubleshooting, not coding
- Flexible experience level; compensation/title will be determined based on candidate s background
- Interview Process:
- Three rounds, including a final interview with a Portfolio Manager
