Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: $55,000 base uncapped commission | $120,000 OTE target

We're looking for ambitious, driven sales professionals to join a leading US digital platform that's continuing to grow its sales team in Scottsdale.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years of sales experience who's confident on the phone, enjoys winning new business and wants to be rewarded for their performance.

You'll be joining a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment where hard work, consistency and results are recognised, with uncapped earning potential and plenty of opportunity to develop your sales skills.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for generating new business, connecting with real estate professionals across the US and introducing digital advertising solutions that help them attract customers and grow their businesses.

This is a genuine outbound sales role where you'll own the sales process, from the initial cold call through to closing the deal.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (125–150 per day).
• Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Handling objections, negotiating and closing new business over the phone.
• Working towards achievable activity and sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Managing your pipeline and sales activity through CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in salespeople who are early in their careers, have developed a strong foundation in sales and are hungry to achieve more.

• Around 2 years of experience in sales, ideally inside sales, telesales or outbound B2B sales.
• Confidence making cold calls, generating opportunities and closing deals.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A competitive, resilient mindset and genuine motivation to earn commission.
• Someone who thrives in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Experience selling digital advertising, marketing solutions or other services would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

You don't need a degree or previous real estate experience. We're far more interested in your sales ability, attitude and drive to succeed.
