IT Specialist

Location: Frisco, TX – Fully Onsite

Salary: $68,000–$80,000 USD

Stelvio Group is recruiting an IT Specialist for an established organisation in Frisco, Texas.

This hands-on role combines technical support, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online administration, infrastructure support and IT project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Windows, macOS, hardware, software and networking.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune.
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, site collections, hub sites and tenant settings.
• Configure SharePoint permissions, external sharing policies and governance.
• Manage document libraries, metadata, content types and site structures.
• Support SharePoint migrations using tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint or Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool.
• Troubleshoot service desk tickets and support user onboarding and device deployment.
• Assist with IT projects, infrastructure maintenance and asset management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online administration experience, beyond basic user support.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune knowledge.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites, permissions and sharing policies.
• Windows and macOS troubleshooting experience.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Frisco.

Desirable Skills

• SharePoint migrations and information architecture.
• VMware and Veeam backup technologies.
• Jamf or other Apple device management tools.
• PowerShell scripting and IT project experience.
