We're hiring Field Service Engineers to join a fast-growing technology company delivering advanced AI-powered inspection and imaging systems. This is a hands-on role supporting installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer deployments across the U.S.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain advanced inspection systems
- Support customer deployments and on-site projects
- Troubleshoot hardware, electrical, mechanical, and networking issues
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and preventative maintenance
- Work directly with customers and project teams in the field
- Travel extensively to customer locations
What We're Looking For
- 1–8 years of experience in Field Service, Engineering, Maintenance, or a technical role
- Experience working with hardware, equipment, or technical systems
- Basic troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or networking environments
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in & out of state
