We are seeking a hands-on ITS Field Support Technician to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, traveling to different job sites, and being involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of roadside technology and infrastructure.You'll support the installation and integration of electronic roadside systems, assist with construction and maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be DoingAssisting with field installations, maintenance, and road construction activitiesOperating hand tools, power tools, and installation equipmentSupporting the testing, calibration, and integration of roadside technology systemsTroubleshooting equipment and resolving field issuesCompleting service documentation and installation recordsWorking closely with technicians and supervisors on active project sites
What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in construction, field service, maintenance, or similar hands-on environmentsExperience using hand and power toolsBasic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or related computer systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel extensively
