Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Workers’ Compensation litigation matters from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft briefs, pleadings, motions, and legal evaluations
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings
• Collaborate on case strategy and manage deadlines and communications
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of Workers’ Compensation experience required
• Trial experience required
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw
• Prior law firm experience required
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar
