Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to support and lead family law matters including hearings, mediation, custody, divorce, and trials. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who values mentorship, courtroom development, and meaningful client advocacy.
What You’ll Do:
Handle family law cases with mentorship from senior attorneys
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation matters
Provide compassionate, proactive client communication
Help families navigate emotionally complex legal matters
Requirements:
✔ Active North Carolina Bar License
✔ Interest or experience in Family Law Litigation
✔ Strong communication and courtroom skills
✔ Ability to handle matters in Wake, Johnston & Harnett Counties
✔ NC Notary (or ability to obtain immediately)
