Responsibilities:
- Handle case management from inception to completion, finding ethical solutions to legal matters and staying informed about any current legislation and case law
- Provide legal support/guidance to clients while building trustworthy client relationships
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
- Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath
- Market firm services in the community and as otherwise required
Requirements:
- A JD degree and Florida bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history
- 1 year of legal experience - either as a Paralegal prior to law school or current Associate
- A genuine interest in the personal injury field
- A Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior oral and written advocacy skills
Bonus Experience:
- Personal injury experience
- Bilingual
