Stellis Health is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team.

Position Summary: The RN, Triage position is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients following established protocols within scope of practice. The RN will serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
Essential Functions
- Triage incoming patient phone calls
- Communicate with patients regarding test results and follow-up care coordination
- Receive and process prescription refill requests
- Assist with prior authorization process as needed
- Monitor provider in-baskets
- Obtain and submit lab orders
- Serve as resource to clinical staff regarding medical information and patient assessment
Education/Qualifications
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing required
- Current Minnesota RN license required
- CPR certification required
- Minimum of 1-year professional nursing in clinical setting preferred
- EMR experience, Epic preferred
- Excellent customer service and patient care skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
