Core Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Lead virtual and in-person sessions on the new Workday-based HR system.
- Optimize Recruiting: Partner with recruiters to streamline hiring, internship programs, and talent pool management.
- Create Content: Develop and maintain training manuals, digital resources, and exams.
- Data Analysis: Analyze system-related data to create graphic reports and presentations for leadership.
- LMS Support: Manage learning paths and enrollments within the Learning Management System.
Important Skills & Qualifications
The "Must-Haves":
- 2 Years of Training Delivery: Proven experience in classroom, virtual, and multimedia instruction.
- 3 Years of HR Experience: Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and performance management.
- Tech Proficiency: Expert level in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new HRIS software.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex system processes to audiences at all levels.
