We Are Hiring: Business Process & Governance Engineer (Remote or Hybrid)
We are seeking four Business Process & Governance Engineers to build and strengthen capabilities across Data, Information, and emerging AI Governance programs. This role bridges business, IT, privacy, and security units to translate ambiguous organizational needs into structured processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Design: Design and implement governance processes, clear workflows, and foundational documentation for programs at varying stages of maturity.
- Framework Adaptation: Translate business, policy, or regulatory requirements into practical frameworks, toolkits, and clear training materials.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams to drive enterprise-wide adoption of new governance initiatives.
- Independent Execution: Identify process gaps, propose structural solutions, and build execution paths without needing a predefined playbook.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Governance Experience: 4 years of proven work experience designing, implementing, or improving business processes and governance frameworks.
- Documentation & Communication: 4 years of professional experience creating functional guides, documentation, or training materials for diverse audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: 4 years of experience partnering with multidisciplinary business and IT teams to guide process change.
- Autonomy: 3 years of experience working self-directed to navigate ambiguity and build operational structure from scratch.
- Overall Tenure: 5-8 years of cumulative experience in business process engineering, governance, compliance, or senior IT business analysis.
Preferred Skills
- 2 years of exposure to governance, compliance, or risk-related work specifically involving data, information, or AI.
- 2 years of experience operating within higher education or a similarly complex, decentralized institutional environment.
