We're seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst to help migrate legacy web applications to modern Oracle APEX, ensuring high security and HIPAA compliance.
Location: Richmond, VA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 5 days/week for the first 30 days, then 3 days/week)

Key Skills Required:
- Oracle Database (11g/18c/19c): 5 years
- SQL & PL/SQL: 5 years (Advanced)
- Oracle APEX: 5 years
- JavaScript or jQuery: 5 years
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit: 2 years
- RESTful & SOAP Web Services: 2 years
What You'll Do:
- Modernize legacy PL/SQL Web Toolkit modules to Oracle APEX.
- Ensure top-tier web security and HIPAA compliance for sensitive data (PII/PHI).
- Support critical system integrations and data exchanges.
