Key Role Overview
- Position: Quality Assurance Analyst Consultant
- Location: Columbia, SC
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
- Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual/Online)
- Residency: Must be an SC resident or willing to relocate prior to start date.
Core Skill Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- IBM C ram Testing: 2 years testing IBM Curam software.
- Test Design & Execution: 3 years translating business policies into test cases & building test scenarios.
- Defect Reporting: Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and communicating gaps to dev teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Domain Knowledge: Healthcare / Medicaid experience.
- Tools: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Methodologies: Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Enterprise QA: 5 years working in large-scale enterprise systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute automated & manual test cases for application stability and security.
- Perform regression, usability, and negative testing.
- Collaborate directly with software engineers to resolve technical bugs and optimize performance.
Education & Background
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
