Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Medical Director to deliver care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
- Supervise an interdisciplinary team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapists, and social workers to provide quality healthcare to our residents
- Deliver care that meets the highest standards of quality and compassion
- Current unencumbered State of Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines preferred
- Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families, and Staff
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact
