Position Summary: As a Rehabilitation Technician, you’ll play a vital role in assisting physical, occupational, and speech therapists with treatment sessions, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist therapists with patient mobility, transfers, and exercises under supervision
- Prepare treatment areas and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Transport residents to and from therapy sessions
- Manage therapy equipment inventory and ensure proper functioning
- Document patient interactions and progress as directed
- Support therapists with administrative tasks and scheduling
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a rehab or healthcare setting preferred
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist residents safely
