Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in family conferences and education sessions to promote patient understanding and engagement
- Meet productivity and quality standards set by the facility and regulatory agencies
- Current VT State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems
