Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist therapists with resident mobility, transfers, and exercise preparation
- Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas
- Transport residents to and from therapy sessions in a timely and caring manner
- Accurately document patient attendance and assist with progress notes as directed
- Monitor and manage inventory of therapy supplies and equipment
- Support therapists with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication
- Help create a positive, supportive atmosphere for residents and staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a rehab or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
