Full job description
Stella Marine Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Marine Service Technician to support day-to-day service operations at our Cecil/Kent County, MD, locations. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on boat maintenance, repairs, and yard support in a fast-paced marina environment.
This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working outdoors and wants to grow their skills in the marine industry. In addition to PTO and health benefits, we offer extensive training opportunities to our techs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine boat maintenance and repairs under the direction of the Marine Service Manager.
- Assist with commissioning, winterization, and seasonal service work.
- Support haul-outs, blocking, launching, and storage operations.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
