We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and lead field operations on a variety of commercial, hospitality, multifamily, and renovation projects throughout Wisconsin.

Position SummaryThe Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of field operations, subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, quality control, safety, and overall jobsite execution. This role serves as the primary field leader and works closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, owners, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities· Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
· Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout all phases of construction.
· Implement and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
· Plan and coordinate work activities to maximize productivity and maintain project milestones.
· Conduct regular jobsite inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
· Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
· Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
· Conduct and document safety meetings, inspections, and corrective actions as required.
· Prepare and maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
· Facilitate communication between field personnel, subcontractors, Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
· Identify potential project issues and proactively develop solutions.
· Manage punch lists, project closeout activities, and turnover requirements.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite environment.
Qualifications· 5 years of commercial construction field leadership experience preferred.
· Experience managing commercial, hospitality, multifamily, retail, or renovation projects preferred.
· Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
· Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite safety practices.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is preferred.
