We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and help lead a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from commercial renovations and hospitality projects to multifamily developments and new construction.

Position SummaryThe Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role serves as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities· Manage all phases of construction projects from startup through closeout.
· Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
· Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with owners and design teams.
· Manage contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, procurement, and project documentation.
· Monitor project financial performance and identify potential risks.
· Support field operations and collaborate closely with Superintendents.
· Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Qualifications· 3 years of commercial construction project management experience preferred.
· Experience with commercial, hospitality, multifamily, retail, or renovation projects preferred.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
