Our new client communications team members provide the calm, kind, and helpful voice that prospective clients need to hear and create the trust which helps them choose our law firm.
About the Role
The New Client Communications Lead team is the first voice our prospective new clients hear. Whether on the phone, through the internet, or in person, members in this role are well trained to actively listen for the details our attorneys need and answer introductory questions with empathy and confidence. Team members also keep the firm’s digital client management system accurate and complete. This role is a vital part of our culture and meaningfully ensures our continuing success.
We leverage advanced technology every day toward these efforts. No legal experience or degree is required; we provide robust and ongoing training. We care most about how you treat the people who are injured and in dire need of our help.
You Will:
Connect with potential new clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to internet inquiries with kindness, patience, and empathy.
- Guide meaningful conversations to identify needs and explain our culture.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments for our legal team.
- Provide educational resources when appropriate.
- Utilize our technology to advance your efforts and keep the team updated.
- Solve problems, rely on your good judgement, and demonstrate your humanity.
Contribute to our mission
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals and initiate the new clients’ journey.
- Share your ideas to make our process faster, more efficient, and remove friction.
- Learn every aspect of the business and law of a personal injury firm practice.
- Protect client confidentiality.
