The Senior Business Representative serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, providing strategic and operational support to optimize client service and ensure seamless execution of business processes. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of client operations, capable of handling complex issues, improving processes, and mentoring junior team members. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. - ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Client Relationship & Account Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and enhanced client satisfaction.
- Provide consultative support to clients by analyzing business trends, performance metrics, and operational risks.
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolutions across multiple internal departments.
- Operational & Tactical Support
- Oversee daily tactical business requirements, ensuring seamless execution of client deliverables.
- Manage order flow, backlog, inventory levels, and forecasting with high accuracy to support business objectives.
- Ensure client pricing models, invoicing accuracy, and contractual obligations are met.
- Lead coordination of new service launches, process transitions, and operational rollouts.
- Process Improvement & Data Analytics
- Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize SAP ERP and other business intelligence tools to track and improve operational performance.
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as a mentor and provide training for other Business Representatives.
- Contribute to team development by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist management in identifying and developing high-potential accounts for business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, including forecasting, new client onboarding, and supply chain optimization.
- Develop strategic recommendations for improving customer engagement and retention.
