The Supply Chain Leadership Rotational Program (SLRP) is a two-year development program designed to build future-ready supply chain leaders for our diverse portfolio of companies. This full-time program provides early-career professionals with immersive experience in procurement, planning, logistics, and strategic supply chain management.
Through four structured six-month rotations, participants gain end-to-end exposure to how products move—from sourcing and manufacturing to distribution and delivery. SLRP associates contribute to real business outcomes while learning from senior leaders and building the capabilities required for long-term advancement.

Rotations Overview
- Reporting to a Procurement Leader
- Analyze vendor performance, drive cost savings, support sourcing events and contracts.
- Reporting to a Planning or Supply Chain Leader
- Forecast demand, optimize inventory, and support ERP/MRP planning processes.
- Reporting to a Logistics or Distribution Leader
- Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment operations to improve delivery efficiency and cost.
- Reporting to an Executive Leader
- Contribute to a cross-functional supply chain initiative (e.g., network design, digital tools, sustainability).
- The scope responsibilities, and details of the proposed assignments may be adjusted at any time to meet changing business priorities or needs.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and process improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and commercial teams to align supply with demand.
- Participate in sourcing events, supplier audits, and contract evaluations.
- Address real logistics challenges, including cost control, on-time delivery, and freight optimization.
- Present recommendations and results to senior supply chain and business leadership.
