Position Summary

We're seeking a reliable and flexible General Laborer to support our distribution center. This hands-on role focuses on receiving inbound products, physically unloading containers, and supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound products and physically load/unload trucks and containers.
• Support material handling, staging, inventory organization, and repacking.
• Verify shipments for accurate quantities.
• Assist with sorting, cleaning, and preparing parts for quality inspections.
• Lift and move materials and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support additional warehouse and general labor needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple areas.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of industrial safety practices.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Exposure to noise and varying temperatures; facility is not climate controlled.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
