Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant
As the receptionist, you serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and vendors. You are expected to create a professional and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Position Summary
- Greet visitors, verify their purpose, and notify the appropriate staff.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and waiting area.
- Issue visitor PPE when required and ensure proper return procedures.
- Manage visitor logs and follow any security or safety protocols.
Communication
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Relay messages promptly and accurately to staff.
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments or conference room bookings when needed.
- Accept incoming deliveries and notify the correct department or individual.
Office Organization
- Keep shared spaces tidy and stocked (e.g., lobby, conference room, coffee bar).
- Monitor supply levels and report or restock as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of clerical experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Pay
Salary: $13.00 to 15.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-3:30 pm (hours may increase in the future)
