Job Description
Inners Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations and nursing staff for a short-term contract assignment. The DON will be responsible for ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and operational excellence within the facility. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, long-term care experience, and a proven ability to manage nursing teams effectively.
Requirements- Active Pennsylvania RN License
- Previous Director of Nursing or Nursing Leadership experience
- Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- On call required Must have previous LTC experience and leadership experience.
Salary : $70 - $80
