Oversee daily nursing unit operations and coordinate patient care activities.
Supervise nursing staff and support scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations.
Monitor patient care quality, documentation, and safety practices.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility leadership.
Support staff development and promote a safe, patient-centered care environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute meal break.
