Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and tax planning matters
- Handle trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings and related filings
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on complex estate issues
- Manage client relationships with a high level of professionalism, communication, and responsiveness
- Work collaboratively with partners, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- 3 years of experience in trust and estate planning and administration
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
