A well-established regional law firm in Taunton, MA is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, title documents, and closing disclosures
- Conduct title examinations and resolve title issues
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction process
- Support partners on commercial leasing and real estate litigation matters as needed
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and active Massachusetts bar membership
- 2-3 years of real estate experience preferred; strong candidates at other experience levels will be considered
- Experience with residential closings, title review, and real estate documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume transaction practice
- Excellent communication and client service skills

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $125,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
