Responsibilities
- Manage key aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and substantive motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Support litigation strategy in complex, multi-party matters
- Work directly with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of litigation experience
- Judicial clerkship preferred
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Experience with complex litigation or class actions is a plus
- Active California bar license required
Compensation & Benefits
- The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
