Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload spanning personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, and general civil matters
- Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
- Appear in Massachusetts state courts on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with partners and associates across multiple practice groups
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate case progress effectively
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and active Massachusetts bar membership
- Litigation experience across one or more civil practice areas
- Comfortable working independently and managing cases from intake through resolution
- Strong courtroom presence and written advocacy skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to plug into an active, fast-paced practice

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $145,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
