Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury matters from intake through litigation and resolution
- Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Depose parties, attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Evaluate case value, negotiate settlements, and maintain client communication
- Work closely with partners and support staff to deliver exceptional results
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
- 2 years of personal injury experience preferred (plaintiff or defense)
- Trial or deposition experience a plus
- Strong writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with attention to detail
