We are a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for individuals injured in auto accidents, premises liability incidents, catastrophic injury matters, and other negligence-based claims. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and paralegals throughout all phases of personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts
- Open and maintain case files; manage deadlines and calendars
- Draft and prepare correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents
- Request, review, and organize medical records and bills
- Assist with preparation of demand packages and settlement materials
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and medical appointments
- E-file documents with state and federal courts as needed
- Maintain accurate case notes and update case management system
Qualifications
- 1 year of legal assistant experience (personal injury experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

- The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $70,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
