DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with proven expertise in entertainment(preferably music industry), supporting executives and creative teams operating at the intersection of culture and business. We work with left-of-center, boundary pushing talent and disruptive voices, bringing order, precision, and foresight to fast-moving, high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate has a perfect balance of long standing administrative/corporate experience, with a deep cultural understanding of entertainment and music business. 

This assistant thrives in creative ecosystems—balancing the needs of executives, artists, clients, and brand partners while ensuring that operations run seamlessly. Known for anticipating needs before they arise, managing complex calendars and domestic/international travel, handling high-level communications, and serving as the connective tissue between multiple ventures, teams, and stakeholders.

With a strong grasp of both the creative process and business infrastructure, they bridge the gap between artistry and execution—making sure visionary projects reach their fullest potential. They are skilled at navigating confidential matters with discretion, coordinating cross-industry collaborations, and maintaining structure in environments that thrive on experimentation and innovation.
