Overview

We are seeking a results-driven VP of Sales to build and scale a high-performing sales organization. This role will own revenue growth, sales strategy, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build, lead, and scale the sales team
  • Establish sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting
  • Own revenue targets and performance metrics
  • Develop key customer and enterprise relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product on go-to-market strategy
  • Optimize sales funnel and conversion rates
  • Identify new market opportunities

Requirements

  • 10 years of sales experience, with 5 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or AI-driven products
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Startup or hyper-growth experience

Salary : $150,000 - $300,000
