About the Role
We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial Technology Recruiters to join our recruiting team on a commission-only basis. As a Commission-Based Technology Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and place qualified technology professionals in roles with base salaries ranging from $100,000 to $500,000.
Compensation
- 15% commission of the candidate's base salary for each successful placement
Responsibilities
- Source and identify highly qualified technology candidates through LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals.
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification.
- Understand candidate skills, experience, career goals, and compensation expectations.
- Match candidates with appropriate technology opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers and help facilitate successful placements.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Stay current on technology hiring trends, compensation, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for technology positions is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to independently manage a recruiting pipeline.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
