About the Team
Our leadership previously founded and led a national digital health company (>$15M raised), with a team of 100 employees across the US and that sold to a 2,000-person incumbent. We’re a tight-knit team that’s driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare.
About the Role
Our business continues to grow, with fast-growing healthcare companies as our partners. With this growth, we’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to work closely with our CEO and members of our leadership team to help us manage the next level of scale. Specifically, this role will manage and lead our growing Partnerships (GTM) team, which focuses on bringing in new groups and supporting them scale.
What You'll Own
- Own relationships with some of our largest enterprise clients (often founders of fast-growing startups), serving as their primary point of contact during onboarding and beyond.
- Guide clients in clarifying what they need to launch and scale — and show them how we can get them there.
- Shape partnership terms with prospective clients, aligning on scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Close deals efficiently by resolving key concerns, confirming next steps, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular touchpoints, delivering ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Inspire the team with the example of your leadership, drive, grit, empathy, and high-velocity execution.
- Own cross-functional projects that are top priorities for leadership, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to help scale the business.
- Build and refine systems that drive GTM productivity and set us up for the next 10x of growth.

- 2-5 years of experience in sales/GTM or related roles.
