The Maintenance position is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities and equipment within our organization. The primary goal of this role is to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance work, including mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures related to maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or related fields.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and building systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and replacements to prevent equipment failure.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and execute timely repairs to restore functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent.
