We are a highly accomplished East Coast law firm with five offices and more than 100 attorneys. The firm is dedicated to resolving complex and contested matters for our clients across five states. Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience.
Location: Providence, RI, and Newport, RI. Can be remote if needed.
Experience and Skills
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on asbestos litigation, toxic-tort defense, or products liability.
Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies and handling all phases of asbestos and exposure-related litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
What You’ll Need:
Licensed to practise in Rhode Island. An additional license in Connecticut or Massachusetts is a big plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
