Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Afternoons
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience
New Hire Bonus!
Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment
Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark
Eligibility requires:
Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work
No schedule changes within the first 2 weeks

RBT Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
Engage positively with clients and their families
Qualifications
RBT Certification (Required)
Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professionalism under pressure
Active listening and problem-solving skills
