Benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Afternoons
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience
- Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment
- Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark
- Eligibility requires:
- Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work
- No schedule changes within the first 2 weeks

- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
- Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
- Engage positively with clients and their families
- RBT Certification (Required)
- Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism under pressure
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Do you have a valid RBT Certification?
- Have you worked as an ABA Therapist for at least 8 months?
Salary : $21 - $29
